Also via a patient have made contact with a mad cycling group over towards Peterborough...They go out for 40 miles every Sunday am...I'll join them in Feb...

Managed to do 20miles in the Gym at the swallow Hotel over the weekend of my....50th!! Birthday
Also via a patient have made contact with a mad cycling group over towards Peterborough...They go out for 40 miles every Sunday am...I'll join them in Feb...
[subsequently made it over to Miles early on Sunday 1/3/09 - Unfortunately the ride lasted only 4 miles..... He fell off in front of me on a greasy bend, I went over the top of his bike and into a bridge wall!. Front wheel bent & me very lucky to have no broken bones, but a sore shoulder for 10 weeks....CS 28/6/09]
